Little Cotton is the ideal spot for exploring the beauty and history of the South Hams. The towns are steeped in history; you'll find shopping a refreshing experience; art and antiques to locally produced food and crafts.

The town of Totnes with its Castle and Elizabethan Market (every Tuesday in the summer) is half an hours drive away. Kingsbridge, Salcombe and numerous coastal villages are all within easy reach.

For a taste of the more boisterous life the delights and attractions of Torbay are just up the coast.

Paignton and Torquay offer amusements and entertainment galore for all the family including theatre, shows and funfairs.

So you can choose between a leisurely stroll through the old town's narrow streets, shopping and browsing around the market, a trip on the river, a nostalgic ride into the past on a steam train, sampling the good country food in pubs and restaurants or just lazing the day away on the beach.
