Little Cotton Caravan Park is a family run Devon caravan park for families, located only a mile and a half from Dartmouth town centre, yet still surrounded by green fields of the South Hams.

An exceptionally well tended park with breathtaking views across the countryside towards Dartmoor makes Little Cotton an ideal spot to relax on a summers evening with a barbecue.

The park covers 7.5 acres of level and gently sloping ground, comprising of 2 open plan fields, with a centrally located toilet and shower block, a separate tent area and separate dog walking area.
