Very welcoming from Dorothy and Paul, the owners. Toilets very clean, shop caters for nearly all you need, clean and spacious site. Be going back again and again.

We loved our stay over whitsun the toilets are outstanding. It would be nice to have a park for children to play in.

We're currently in the middle of 2 weeks at Little Cotton. This is our 2nd visit in 2 years and it won't be our last. Perfect facilities, clean and well maintained.
Excellent location for the whole of South Devon, and perfect for a quick 'Park & Ride' into Dartmouth.

One of the best sites we have ever stayed at! This is an immaculately kept site with all the amenities spotless regardless of what time you use them. The showers were always powerful and the right temperature, the washing machines were great and the washing up area pristine. The shop was well stocked, and the supermarket really is over the road from the site! I would recommend this site to anyone and will certainly be staying again.

We have been for a number of years and every year it remains of the highest standard.The facilities are immaculate and the site is beautifully kept.The team who run the site are all lovely.Cannot wait to return again at the end of May for another relaxing break.
